*One cannot think we’ll , love well, sleep well, If one has not dined well* this proverb says it all. 

Every year annually this day is celebrated to get freedom from daily diet, fat free acceptance.
This day is established in the year 1992 by a young lady named Evans Young. This day dedicated to promoting a healthy life style with the focus on health at any size and raising awareness of potentials of dangerous dieting. This day is to be free from your daily diets. Instead try focusing on your health.

Evans Young was suffering from a disease named Anorexia Nervosa in the past. This was totally disturbed due the disease. And not only her but other women’s were also suffering from this disease. They all dealt with poor body image and eating disorders. To put a stop to this epidemic , thus established the “No diet day”. 

Mostly this generation is focused on having a shaped body. They restrict themselves to follow a daily diet in many such ways. All the new fashion icons do follow this dieting trend to keep their body maintained. 
But this could be very dangerous further. This trend can make the person week and unhealthy. Instead to be health and fit do daily work outs and eat less fried food.

In the world of setting standards, people are getting themselves to the highest risk. They think having a perfect shape and size of the body can give a best look in the society. 
Some people follow the diet without the prescription of a dietician or nutritionists which may lead to a dangerous disease further.

Many a times while following the diet you urge for something eating tasty. But it becomes difficult to unfollow the diet. Lets know but what is Intuitive Eating ?. When you think about chocolate cakes and fries your mouth starts watering right? Then you go and buy it . It’s the same thing when you get to know when you feel hungry and when you feel you full. It’s an approach that u have an mental and physical relationship with your body. Its totally opposite of dieting. Without following diet we can be healthy and fit. Cravings for tasty food sometimes is fine. 

Some tips to follow a no diet plan :
•Eat heavy breakfast with one fruit daily. Have a little for lunch and very little for dinner. 
•The more you workout and more you have.
•Try eating less fried but tasty food.
•Eat leafy and green vegetables.
•Drink more water.
